By accessing or using the website at northkingstownconcrete.com or by engaging the services of North Kingstown Concrete, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not use this website or engage our services. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and others who access or use our website.
North Kingstown Concrete is a concrete contractor based in North Kingstown, RI. We provide residential and commercial concrete services including driveways, patios, sidewalks, foundations, retaining walls, pool decks, parking lots, concrete cutting, and related work throughout the greater North Kingstown area and surrounding Rhode Island communities.
Services are provided based on individual written agreements or estimates. The scope of each project is described in a written estimate or contract provided to the customer before work begins. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding contract or guarantee of availability.
All prices and estimates provided, whether verbally, in writing, or through this website, are estimates only and are subject to change based on site conditions, material costs, and the actual scope of work. A written estimate is provided to the customer before any work begins. Final pricing is determined by the written estimate or project contract signed by both parties.
We reserve the right to revise an estimate if site conditions discovered during the project differ materially from those present at the time of the original assessment. We will notify the customer of any such changes before proceeding with additional work.
Project scheduling is subject to availability, permit approval timelines, and weather conditions. Concrete work cannot be performed safely in temperatures below 40 degrees Fahrenheit, and we reserve the right to reschedule projects due to weather or other conditions outside our control. We will provide reasonable notice of any rescheduling.
If a customer needs to cancel or reschedule a confirmed project, we ask for at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations made after materials have been ordered or work has begun may be subject to charges for materials and labor incurred up to that point, as outlined in the project contract.
Payment terms for each project are specified in the written estimate or contract. A deposit may be required before work begins. Final payment is due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Invoices not paid within the time specified in the project contract may be subject to late fees. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate work on a project where payment obligations are not met. Any collection costs incurred as a result of non-payment, including reasonable attorneys fees, may be charged to the customer.
Where required by local ordinance or regulation, North Kingstown Concrete will obtain the necessary permits before beginning work. The customer is responsible for ensuring that any homeowners association rules or deed restrictions that may apply to the project are reviewed before work begins. We are not responsible for delays or complications resulting from permit denials, restrictive covenants, or other regulatory requirements outside our control.
We take pride in the quality of our work. Any warranty provided by North Kingstown Concrete is limited to the terms stated in the specific written contract for each project. Concrete is a natural material subject to cracking, surface variation, and color inconsistency. Minor cracking due to curing or normal settlement is a characteristic of concrete and does not constitute a defect.
No warranty is provided for damage resulting from freeze-thaw cycles, improper maintenance, use of chemical de-icers not recommended for concrete, heavy vehicle loads exceeding design specifications, tree root intrusion, or other conditions outside our control.
The information on this website is provided for general informational purposes only. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy or completeness of any content on this site.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, North Kingstown Concrete shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or from any services provided. Our total liability to any customer for any claim arising out of a project shall not exceed the amount paid by that customer for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
We are not responsible for damage to underground utilities, irrigation systems, or other subsurface features that were not disclosed to us or identified through standard utility locating procedures prior to excavation. Customers are responsible for informing us of any known subsurface features on their property.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the project area is accessible on the scheduled work date - including cleared of vehicles, furniture, equipment, and other obstructions. Delays caused by inaccessibility may result in rescheduling and could affect the project timeline.
Customers are also responsible for calling 811 (Dig Safe) or the appropriate utility locating service, or for confirming that we have done so, before any excavation begins on their property.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Rhode Island. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Rhode Island, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
