North Kingstown Concrete was started in 2018 by a crew that grew up working concrete in and around North Kingstown. The town is a mix of older neighborhoods - mid-century ranches near Wickford Village, newer subdivisions on the western side, and coastal homes that take a beating from salt air off Narragansett Bay. We have worked on all of them.
What we noticed early on was simple: a lot of local homeowners were getting concrete work done by contractors who did not understand Rhode Island winters. Driveways were poured on weak bases. Patios cracked within two seasons. The freeze-thaw cycles here are relentless, and if the base and mix are not right, it shows by spring. We built this business around doing that part correctly.
Today we serve 12 communities across Washington County and the greater Providence area. We handle 16 concrete services, from driveways and patios to foundations, retaining walls, and parking lots. Every job comes with a free on-site estimate, and we pull every permit required before work begins. No shortcuts - that is how we have kept customers coming back since 2018.
